Mr. William “Bily” Biffle Truitt, 78, of Royston, Ga. passed away Tuesday December 20, 2015 at his son’s home. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Friday December 23, 2016 at Royston Church of God. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
