Jerry Prince Moore, 73, of St. Augustine, FL. passed away Saturday August 13, 2016. A celebration of life will be Saturday morning August 20, 2016 at 11 am at Hazel Creek Baptist Church in Mr. Airy, Ga.Military honors will follow. Ginn Funeral Home in Carnesville is in charge of arrangments.
