Mrs. Rebecca “Becky” Starrett, 60, of Hartwell, Ga. passed away Tuesday may 10, 2016 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Funeral service arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.
