Mrs. Lucille Owens Taylor, age 80, of Toccoa passed away Thursday October 15, 2015 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2 Pm Sunday October 18, 2015 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary. Burial will follow at Stephens Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Whitlock Mortuary from 5 pm to 8 pm Saturday evening.
