Mrs. Lou Edna Slater Ginn, 80 of Elberton, Ga. passed away Monday July 13, 2015 at The Oaks of Athens. Services will be at 2 pm Thursday afternoon at the B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Middle River Baptist Church Cemetery. The body is at Ginn Funeral Home, Carnesville. The families are at their respective homes. The family will receive friends from 4 pm until 8 pm Wednesday evening at Ginn Funneral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Middle River Baptist Church Carnesville, Ga in memory of Lou Edna Slater Ginn.
