Mr. Ted “Wayne” Owens , 73, brother of Lavonia Mayor Ralph Owens of Lavonia, Ga. passed away Saturday April 4, 2015 at his daughter’s home in Anderson S.C. Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday April 7, 2015 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland funeral Home. Burial will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens-North.
