Mrs. Norma J. Threlkeld Toth, 83, of Comer, GA went peacefully to be with our Lord and Savior on October 17, 2019. A celebration of life will be held in the Vineyards Creek Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2019, with Rev. Ed Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
