Mrs. Helen Juanita Bassett Gallagher, 90, of Hartwell, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital, Athens, GA. Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Leesburg, FL. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
