Mrs. Syble Daniel Stephens, 67, of Carnesville, Georgia, died on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015, 2pm, at the B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel of Ginn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Franklin Memorial Gardens – North. The body is at Ginn Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm on Friday, January 23, 2015. At other times, the family will be at the home.
