Mrs. Vanna Stovall Randall, 77, of Hartwell, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2017 at the Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA. Memorial service arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.
